- Plan
We look at your setup the way a new member does and write down exactly what we'll build. You answer the intake within 24 hours to keep the clock on track.
- Build in staging
We build in a staging area, so your live channels keep working. Nothing is deleted or switched on without your written OK. You get an update every second day.
- Go-live
You check the go-live list and approve it. We switch everything on, then the second half is due.
- Handover
A walkthrough video, a written runbook and 30 days of fixes. You own every account, bot and workflow.

Questions about the build
What access do you need?
A temporary Administrator role on Discord and a team seat on your Whop company. We never ask for your password. Access is removed at handover and you get a written list of everything we touched.
Will you break my live server?
No. We build in a staging area first, and nothing is deleted or switched on without your written approval. If anything does break, the 30-day fix window covers it within 48 hours.
What if I'm not on Whop yet, or have no server?
That's fine and it's included. Store setup, products, pricing plans, checkout testing, the Discord server and role mapping are all part of the build.
How long does it actually take?
Seven business days from kickoff, assuming you answer the intake within 24 hours. You get an update every second day.
What isn't included?
Content, moderation staffing, paid advertising, and anything that needs a custom Whop app. Custom apps are quoted separately from $1,500.
What if we can't agree on scope?
We confirm scope with you in your private channel before any work starts. If we can't agree on it, we refund the $1,000 kickoff in full.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing breaks and you owe nothing. Monthly support from $499/month is optional, for owners who want monitoring and ongoing changes.
