CommunityOps Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from SRG Industries LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as "CommunityOps" ("CommunityOps," "we," "us," or "our"), made through our Whop store. It is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
The short version: The Leak Fix and the Full Build come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days and you get a full refund. No forms, no reasons needed, and you keep what we built. The retainer is month to month and you can cancel any time.

1. Free 24-Point Community Audit
The Free Audit is free. There is nothing to pay, so there is nothing to refund.
2. The Leak Fix
30-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within thirty (30) days after the date you bought the Leak Fix, we refund the full price you paid. No forms and no reasons needed.
If the Leak Fix price was credited toward a Full Build, the credited amount is treated as part of what you paid for the Full Build, and we will not refund the same amount twice.
3. The Full Build (The Day-7 Retention Engine)
The Full Build is paid in two equal installments: half at kickoff, and half after you approve the go-live checklist. The kickoff payment is $1,000 at the $2,000 founding price, or $1,750 at the $3,500 standard price.
3.1 If we cannot agree scope before work starts
We confirm scope with you in writing in your Private Channel before any build work starts. If you and we cannot agree on the scope before work starts, we refund your kickoff payment in full.
3.2 If you cancel after scope is agreed, before go-live
You may cancel a Full Build at any time before the Go-Live Date by telling us in your Private Channel or at support@communityops.io. If you cancel after the scope has been agreed:
- we stop work and refund your kickoff payment, less the value of the work already delivered to you before you cancelled;
- the value of work already delivered is based on the share of the agreed scope that we had completed and delivered to you (including in staging) before you cancelled, measured against the full build price. We will give you a written, itemized list of that work and how we calculated the amount. The deduction never exceeds the kickoff payment;
- the second installment is never charged; and
- you keep the work already delivered, and we remove our access and give you a written list of the changes we made.
If we cancel a Full Build for our own reasons (and not because of anything described in Section 7 or your breach of the Terms), we refund your kickoff payment in full.
3.3 30-day money-back guarantee after go-live
If you ask for a refund within thirty (30) days after the Go-Live Date, we refund every dollar you paid for that Full Build, including both installments. No forms and no reasons needed.
- Go-Live Date. The Go-Live Date is the date we finish switching on the items you approved on the go-live checklist. If the checklist was deemed approved under Section 6.5 of the Terms (because you did not respond within 14 days after two written reminders), the Go-Live Date is the date of that deemed approval.
- You keep what we built. After a guarantee refund, you keep what we built. We remove our access and give you the written list of changes, the same as a normal handover. The 30-day fix window ends on the date of the refund.
3.4 Fixes are separate from refunds
For 30 days after the Go-Live Date, we also fix defects in what we built, as described in the Terms. Asking for a fix does not use up or shorten your money-back guarantee.
4. Retention Retainer
- Cancel any time. The Retainer is month to month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. If you need help, tell us in your Private Channel or at support@communityops.io.
- Access to the end of the paid period. When you cancel, you keep Retainer support until the end of the monthly billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- No partial-month refunds. We do not refund part of a month, or unused changes or hours, unless the law requires it.
- You keep everything. You keep everything we built for you.
5. Custom Whop Apps and Extensions
- You pay each milestone after we deliver that stage, so you never pay ahead of the work.
- Milestones that have been delivered and paid for are not refundable.
- If the project stops before the final milestone, for any reason, you keep the code for every milestone you have paid for, and no further milestones are charged.
- The code and intellectual property transfer to you as described in the Terms.
6. If We Do Not Deliver
If we stop offering a Service you paid for, or cannot deliver it because of an event beyond our reasonable control that lasts more than 30 days, we refund amounts you paid for work we have not delivered. This is in addition to any guarantee that still applies.
7. If We Decline or Stop Work Under Our Acceptable Use Rules
We do not build for illegal content or activity, content that sexualizes minors, hate groups, or scams. If we decline or stop work for one of these reasons, we refund the amounts you paid for work we have not delivered. In that case, this refund replaces the money-back guarantee for that purchase.
8. How to Ask for a Refund
Ask in your Private Channel in the CommunityOps Discord, or email support@communityops.io. Tell us which purchase it is. For a money-back guarantee, your request must reach us within the 30-day period described above. You do not need to give a reason.
9. How Refunds Are Paid
All payments go through Whop, so refunds go back through Whop to your original payment method. Any sales tax collected on the refunded amount is refunded under Whop's process. How long a refund takes to reach you depends on Whop and your bank or card provider. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. A guarantee refund is usually faster, and we will work with you in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. If a chargeback is filed for an amount we have already refunded, or for a charge we believe in good faith is valid, we may contest it and provide our records to the payment processor, as described in Section 15 of the Terms. You cannot receive both a refund and a chargeback for the same amount.
11. Orders Placed on Fiverr
This policy does not apply to orders placed on Fiverr. Fiverr orders are covered by Fiverr's terms and Fiverr's resolution process.
12. Your Rights Under the Law
Nothing in this policy takes away any refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you made a purchase applies to that purchase. For Retainer renewals, the version in effect at the start of each billing period applies to that period.
